Physcion (Parietin) 是從中藥大黃中得到的蒽醌類物質,為 6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脫氫酶 (6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase) 抑制劑,IC50 Kd 值分別為 38.5 μM 26.0 μMPhyscion (Parietin) 具有通便、保肝、抗炎、抗菌、抗增殖、抗腫瘤作用。

熔點:196-206℃

沸點:560.5℃ at 760 mmHg

外觀:黃色結晶
